SPRING OF AWARENESS AND ACTION 2014

Reasons to choose organic food and organic plants for the garden become more compelling with each passing year. Our current challenge is bringing about organic choices in potted plants (from seedlings to saplings) on sale at local garden centers. In “Spring of Awareness and Action 2014” we focus on recommendations for what citizens can do to help prevent pesticide hazards to wildlife including pollinators when purchasing ornamental landscape plants.
